Yin Yoga is a slower, immersive practice, focused on the hips and spine. Each posture is held longer than a typical flow (2-5 minutes per posture). Props are used to support the bones throughout the series, enabling muscular release and practitioners to get into deeper layers of connective tissue. Marinating in each pose, practitioners harness the power and subtleties of the breath. Predominantly practiced on the floor it is a style accessible to all levels.

Power Flow is a dynamic and energizing fitness class that combines elements of cardio, strength training, and flexibility. With upbeat music and intense movements, this class is designed to challenge and invigorate participants of all fitness levels.

For your first class please arrive 5 - 10 minutes early, wear a shirt that can be tucked in along with your yoga pants or shorts. You will be practicing barefoot leaving shoes by the door. We have matts for use. Shower and have an empty stomach before you arrive. This is a 30 minute $10 class.

Mysore self practice is a 2 hour class offered daily 8am to 10am Monday to Friday. $20 drop in or purchase the Mysore Monthly Unlimited or 5 and 10 Class packages. No contracts or fees. Do Yoga!
